All deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Ekart, Blue Dart, India Post, and others. Our system automatically selects the most reliable logistics option based on your location to ensure timely delivery.

We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹299. For orders below ₹299, a standard shipping charge between ₹49 to ₹79 may apply, depending on the delivery address and parcel weight.

Estimated delivery times vary by location. In metro cities, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, delivery can be expected within 3 to 6 days. Remote and rural areas may take up to 5 to 8 working days. You will receive a tracking link by SMS or email once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey in real-time.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to weather, regional restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to minimize such issues and keep you updated if your delivery is affected.

In cases where a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or non-response, our courier partners will attempt redelivery up to two more times. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and you may be contacted to confirm your address or arrange a new delivery.
