Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a wide range of secure and convenient payment options, including:

Unified Payments Interface (UPI)

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

Net Banking (all major Indian banks)

Digital Wallets (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)

Other Indian Payment Gateways integrated with RBI-compliant processors

All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS-compliant, RBI-regulated payment gateways to ensure maximum security of your data.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes across India.

Orders placed via COD may incur a nominal handling fee.

Verification via phone or email may be required before dispatch for certain COD orders.

Fortune Cart reserves the right to decline or cancel COD orders flagged as high-risk based on internal security protocols.

Payment Confirmation

For prepaid orders, payment must be completed in full before the order is processed and shipped.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive an automated confirmation email or SMS, including an invoice and order summary.

In case the confirmation is not received, customers are encouraged to contact our support team immediately.

Failed Transactions & Refunds

In rare cases where a transaction fails but the amount is debited, the amount is generally reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.

If the refund is not reflected within this time, you may:

Contact your bank/payment provider directly, or

Reach out to our support team with the transaction reference number for resolution.

Fortune Cart does not process or store refund requests manually unless initiated by the customer or mandated by legal obligations.

Data Security & Compliance

We do not store any card, UPI, or net banking details on our servers.

All payments are processed through industry-standard, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

We comply fully with applicable laws and regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for secure electronic transactions.
