At Fortune Cart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms described below.

Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be:

Unused and in original condition

In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact

Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization. These include, but are not limited to:

Opened food items (e.g., seeds, herbs, snacks)

Health and personal care items

Customized or made-to-order products

Clearance sale or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@fortunecart.in with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

Our support team will assess the request and, if approved, initiate a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original method of payment.

If you paid using COD, we will request your bank details for processing the refund via NEFT or UPI.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeline:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@fortunecart.in.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrong items. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our return policy will apply.
